About Return on Life

**Return On Life (ROL) by Rochelle Rozario** is a practical education platform helping overwhelmed, overstimulated mothers reclaim their time, mental space and happiness through everyday life systems. Founded by Rochelle Rozario, ROL addresses the growing mental load of modern motherhood, including home management, childcare coordination, time poverty and personal wellbeing. Rather than focusing on productivity hacks or doing more, ROL helps mothers build practical systems that reduce daily decision-making and make household responsibilities easier to manage. Its first offering, **ROL: Home Edition**, is a self-paced online course teaching three practical systems for home management, reliable childcare and personal wellness. Designed for working mothers and stay-at-home moms, the course includes implementation tools to help turn these systems into everyday routines. ROL's philosophy is simple: **You don't need more discipline. You need systems.**
